Why is “Sewer” part of the district Name?

We were advised that becoming a water and sewer district rather than just a water district would provide access to more state and federal grants as well as low interest loans.  It does not imply we will eventually have a sewer system.

Is the district associated with Stewart Creek Irrigations?

No

Do we as property owners pay a mil levy for being in the District? 

There is currently no fees or taxes added to your property tax bill.  We currently operate solely through donations.
